Etching metal is a terrific compliment for many mixed-media art techniques and a wonderful way to personalize your jewelry. Learn how to safely chemical etch copper sheet using rubber stamp images. Kick it up a notch by adding a personal quote or power word in your own handwriting. Then we’ll bring the skills all together with metalworking FUNdamentals, such as cutting metal, wire working and incorporating ribbons and fibers. You will leave with a completed necklace. For those who prefer daintier jewelry, there’s an option to create a smaller copper-etched focal.
